Syuen Hotel was developed to meet the need in Ipoh for a quality Business Hotel in the city centre with excellent convention facilities, designed in neo-classical theme the building is reminiscent of the best of old Ipoh architecture.

Superior Room (2 single beds) offers excellent twin accommodation with all conveniences. 

Deluxe Room (2 single beds) offers everything a Superior room offers with the added bonus of a guaranteed view of the dramatic skyline of the Greentown business district.

Family Room (1 kingsized and 1 single bed, together with living hall) is almost twice the size of a Deluxe room offering space to really stretch out, as the name suggests, it can accommodate a small family with ease. 

Junior Suite (1 kingsized bed and a separate living hall) provides a separate sitting room and a comfortable bedroom with two bathrooms and toilets. 

One-room Executive Suite (1 kingsized bed and a separate living hall) offers a large bedroom, a sitting room and two bathrooms with toilets.

Two-room Executive Suite consists of two bedrooms, a sitting room and two bathrooms wiht toilets.

Three theme duplex Penthouse Suites with period furniture and fittings and their own Jacuzzis deliver absolute luxury accommodation. Regency - an English gentlemen's abode set in the Elizabethan era, complete with a fireplace. Putri - set in the 18th century, it is a Malay nobleman's pied-de terre. Emperor - Han Dynasty period furniture tastefully blended with modern fittings to fit a Mandarin.

The Club Floor on the 9th level is specifically tailored for the needs of business traveler who desires a measure of privacy. An exclusive lounge provides facilities to have a quiet drink, meals and watch international news broadcasts. It also provides the Club Floor occupants a private meeting room and a small office with the latest computer equipment.

Syuen Hotel has the best banqueting in this city, The Syuen Ballroom, the largest in Ipoh, can accommodate up to 1,200 people.
